TUW PZUW was established by PZU in 2015 and specializes in property, third party liability, health and motor insurance for: business entities, local government units, and health care entities, offering tailored solutions for each sector. As a mutual insurance company, TUW PZUW insures its members on a mutual basis. This means that there is a clearly defined link between membership in the company and the conclusion of an insurance agreement. Insurance agreements have a more individual and transparent character, and members become partners acting for the common good. Unlike commercial insurers, TUW PZUW operates not for profit but for the benefit of its members, emphasizing solidarity, cooperation, and shared responsibility.It supports its members in improving safety and risk management, including co-financing safety-enhancing projects.
Since 2019, TUW PZUW has been the leader in the mutual insurance market. It is also the only mutual insurance company in Poland with a credit rating from the international agency Standard & Poor’s (A-), which confirms its financial credibility and stability.
